Refund Policy
At The Protein Bar, we make everything fresh to order and put care into preparing your shakes and snacks. Because of this, we have the following policy:

Market & Event Purchases
All sales made at markets and events are final. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know on the day so we can make it right. -
Catering & Pre-Orders

Orders cancelled more than 7 days before your event will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled within 3–7 days of your event will receive a 50% refund.

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before your event are non-refundable, as ingredients will already have been purchased and prepared.
